Whatever the reasons that stimulate a Phone Number List company to venture into its own corporate volunteering program (PVC), one of the doubts that arises from a Corporate Volunteering Coordinator is what type of activities can be carried out within of the program, how to carry it out and with whom. In such a way that the coordinator faces the Volunteer Triad where he warns that all voluntary social action establishes links between: 1) The organization, in this case the company; 2) The volunteers who will participate in the activities and 3) The community that will benefit and obviously must also participate. To collaborate in the community there are at least three possibilities to carry out the PVC: 1.- Through own initiatives 2.- Associated with a civil society organization 3.- Integrated into the company (which includes the first two but has other broader resources) For an effective relationship between the CSO's Institutional Volunteer Program (PVI) and a PVC, it is necessary that philanthropic organizations have consolidated their own volunteering or have extensive experience in organizing activities of interest to the community and... to the company. For its part, the company develops several interests of its PVC in the community, to name a few: • Find activities that distinguish you from your competitors • Benefit your collaborators with services provided by CSO • Participate in programs structured by a CSO • Carry out a day of service known as “Impact Day”, “Community Service Day”, etc. which can be forestry days, health brigade, literacy, etc.
Collaborate in public tasks and recovery othe business, interests of employees and the company are combined. For this reason, a PVC can integrate a primary strategy, which aligns activities with the reason for the business, the business foundation and the CSR area, with a secondary one, which addresses employee initiatives. A CSO can associate with a PVC in several ways: 1.- Provide guidance on concerns in the design of the program. Companies that wish to provide feedback or receive guidance can approach CSOs to explore and learn what they are doing with other companies. There are even organizations such as the Mexican Volunteer Alliance that provide services such as advising and guiding the development of a PVC as they have specialized consultants who have had previous experience. 2.- Support with specific activities. Generally, the first desires to link corporate volunteers with the community require simple activities, organized by the philanthropic organization itself. In this way, volunteers are placed in the activities that it carries out on a regular basis. A good example is ROOF. This organization provides decent wooden housing to poor communities and volunteers from companies join the construction days. Another case is that of Reforestamos México, which organizes forestry activities.Statystyki: Napisane przez kulsumkhatun997 — Wt mar 05, 2024 07:57
